When will I be charged?

If you choose the deposit, it is charged now and the rest before arrival. Otherwise the full amount is charged now.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival. Use “Manage booking” with your booking number, or message us.

Is the price per night or per person?

Per night for the villa or room, plus a one-time cleaning fee. Taxes are included.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes, by email straight away, with your booking number — and a reminder the day before you arrive.
