Privacy policy

This policy explains how Selected Villas handles your personal data when you book a stay or contact us.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, arrival time, any message to us, the dates and guests of your stay and the extras you choose. When you contact us: your name, email and message.

Why

To manage your booking, take payment, send your confirmation, a reminder the day before arrival and a payment link for any remaining amount, and to answer your questions.

Who processes it

Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. Bookings are stored with Supabase and the site runs on Vercel. Emails are sent with Resend. Bot protection on forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. The maps on villa pages come from OpenStreetMap, which sets no tracking cookies. To keep calendars in sync, Airbnb and Booking.com see that dates are taken, but not who booked them.

How long

We keep booking records as long as accounting rules require, and contact messages only as long as needed to answer them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data.
